The Key Performance Indicator - Jeddah 21 June 2026
: 10Introduction:
The process of selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collecting data represents one of the most challenging aspects in working with KPIs. One approach to addressing these challenges is to build a sound KPI measurement framework, starting from the moment KPIs are defined until results are collected and centralized in performance reports. Developing a balanced set of objective indicators is a fundamental requirement for establishing accountability and fostering a performance-driven culture.
